Hello, I’m Emily Webber. In February 2016, I published a book called “Building Successful Communities of Practice“.
The book was part of an ongoing exploration into the subject, building on years of experience that I have in this area and many talks. This website is part of the ongoing research into successful communities of practice. If you would like to share a story or talk to me about how I can help you build successful communities of practice, please get in touch.
About me
I am London-based independent agile and lean consultant, with my company Tacit. I work with organisations in both the private and public sector to help with their agile transformations and to develop their agile capability for sustainable change.
I previously worked at Government Digital Service as the Head of Agile Delivery, leading the team of Agile delivery professionals that deliver services for citizens.
I am passionate about agile, communities, organisational learning and personal development. I co-run a meet-up called Agile on the Bench agileonthebench.com, blog at emilywebber.co.uk and have a weak spot for vintage scooters.
